Requirements:
-Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
-Very good communication skills in both written and verbal English;
-Experience with automotive thermal systems;
-Experience with mechatronic systems and Embedded Software;
-Experience in Automotive Industry.

Differential:
-3D CAD knowledge. E.g.: CATIA, PTC-Creo or similar;
-Experience in cab heating, ventilation and air conditioning;
-Experience working in an Agile Environment (SAFe).

Atividades:
-Be responsible and lead the development of Cab Climate System and components;
-Design the thermal systems by identifying the purpose and aim of the system, interface, and system behavior;
-Develop and share technical competence with other development sites;
-Develop validation plans and project timing plans;
-Support and lead Design Reviews, participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations and DFMEA;
-Act as a key player, leading on projects and initiatives;
-Secure a continuous optimization of product quality and cost.
